Igor + Moreno is a contemporary dance company based in London (UK) and Sardinia (Italy). Set inside the colourful centre of the Luminarium, the company will be offering you an insight into the way that they work through a series of dance workshops that are open to all abilities and ages 10+.
The Company will lead dance workshops focusing on their current production, BEAT.
One person. On the spot. Reinventing themselves over and over.
In BEAT, Igor + Moreno are exploring how we identify ourselves, how we recognise ourselves (or not) in others and how we are able to project multiple images of ourselves. We will gather together to look at ideas of belonging, similarity, difference.
The workshop will start with a little warm up before being lead through different ways of thinking about who we are, ranging from full body movement to the tiniest details.
