Way Above The Houses is a brand new show created by Cirque Bijou, inspired by the people of Salford. Commissioned by Quays Culture, the project explores what ‘home’ means to us and will culminate in an outdoor visual spectacle featuring extraordinary aerial performance and live music. Audiences and participants are invited to experience the free, public performances on Sat 11 June at Salford Quays – home to Media City.

A community choir will perform specially composed music as part of the event, with local voices contributing to a unique soundscape designed by Composer Ted Barnes. We are looking for at least 100 singers from the area to perform this newly created music.

We have three rehearsals at Buile Hill Academy. Eccles Old Road, Salford M6 8RD
